stumbling along

This is a special time of year for a large part of the world. Where people who believe in the Christian spirit and live to do good and who most importantly believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. For this is the beginnings of the forgiveness of sin and life everlasting. It is a time that is for family and friends and doing good things for your fellow man.
For me it is a time of feeling good, I make sure your get that package form your grandma or that card and letter from your sister. I am the one the treads through the snow and ice to get it to your door. I am the one that gives your pet a cookie and swiftly move to your neighbors to give them, their Christmas card from their son. Sure I am just human and have a father and a mother to. That is why I re-joyous when my path is shoveled and clear from the ice and snow. Just to know I am thought of and your care about makes my job easier. I have noticed more Christmas cards in the mail. Yes people do like to receive letters and cards in their mailbox. Caring and sharing is the spirit of the season, so pass it on.
