stumbling along

This past year my family discovered Flat bread. We have always enjoyed breads. Usually store bought, and ranging from white, brown to rye, then there is Bagels and English muffins. Now we are eating Tortillas and we discovered how to make them even yummier.
it is a simple recipe and I wonder why tortillas are not cooked this way everywhere around the world.
To start - purchase your tortillas or if you have the time you can make your own.
I, on the other hand, have 2 teenage boys and spend a lot of my time transporting the boys to hockey, soccer and basketball. We live in the country, so often I just wait in town till they are done and drive them home. Don’t get me wrong I love watching my boys so I consider it, like going to the movies.

Recipe for Tortillas
1. Place into a large skillet or frying pan some Virgin Olive Oil, I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2. Place the pan on an element of your stove and wait till your oil is hot.
3. Place your tortillas in the pan and wait till it has bubbled and then turn over.
4.Then turn the Flat bread over and brown the other side.

5. Now remove from pan, add more oil and place your next Flat bread in the pan. Reason is you can not just eat one. Hehe…
You have a beautifully browned tortilla that has a great taste.
You can eat them alone or with anything.
Try and enjoy.

Well, I got a new camera for Christmas. it is a Kodak ZD710. Sweet. Now I have more options and better quality photos to share.
That is when i encountered this problem so maybe one of my readers may help me. When i try to upload with wordpress i do not get the option of a thumbnail only full size, which of course is to big. Why?
So to show these i have to upload to Flickr and copy from their site, then paste it into my post. this is like adding more work to me and forcing me to buy pro. My account a Flickr is full and I would have to delete some photos to have room to add more.
so here i am trying a thumbnail size of some experimental shots.
